K&D recently implemented new HR and management software programs in its standard operating procedures. One example is Aspire, a cloud-based business administration software that allows customers to access a portal and get estimates, view the progress of their project, pay their bills, and more. Katie Dauphin, K & D’s Maintenance Management Coordinator, led the implementation of the program and provided some additional insights:

Outside of the office, the company recently invested in new technology like advanced excavators and tractors that allow crews to work more efficiently with smaller teams.

They also take great care to conserve water through smart irrigation. White worked out,

“Instead of having to adjust the controllers every month, weather stations and Wi-Fi-enabled models allow automatic adjustment and remote programming options.”
