OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – The state has accused a Marion County company of exploiting senior citizens and military veterans.
Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody files a complaint against Good Neighbor Services, also known as Service Smart.
Moody says the landscaping and pest control company did an incomplete job and made false promises.
The attorney general wants to prevent the owners from ever working in the industry again.
The company is alleged to have lost more than $ 118,000 in consumer funds.
More than 125 complaints have been filed against the company.
