Rhinelander – Nowadays, many entrepreneurs say they are having trouble finding workers. This is especially true in Wisconsin labor companies, as many workers say more people should try their jobs. They claim that their jobs are fun, well paid, and offer good development opportunities.

This also applies to landscaping. Timothy Stanfield, Owner of Natural Beauty Landscaping, said: “This is a dream job, you get paid to hang out with your friends, you get paid to exercise, you get paid well, you get paid to make your homeowners smile. I don’t think there’s any downside to the job, “said Stanfield.

One disadvantage of workers like landscaping is that it can be a physically demanding job, but Stanfield says it doesn’t have to be. “It’s physical, but we have enough crew so that a man doesn’t have to overwork himself. We are very important to safety and teamwork, because without a team you won’t get anywhere,” said Stanfield.

Landscaping requires many different skills to beautify gardens. Stanfield says it’s only part of the job of designing properties to look at their best. “Guys are able to express their talents and gifts in an environment like this, they can choose to place a plant either way, just little things they can, I tell them to have the mindset that this is Your property is. Look around and see what needs to be done and just do it, you know, make it look nice here, “Stanfield said.

With all the positive aspects of business, he doesn’t understand why more people are not interested in the profession. “Unless someone really enjoys doing one thing over and over again, factory work, everyone has gifts or talents, and some people have a talent for it, a lot of the men I find have a talent for it, they’d rather be outside in the fresh air, and working a normal shift, getting paid pretty well and making people smile.

Stanfield and other landscapers say they don’t really see themselves as competitors right now due to high demand. They say the business has plenty of room to grow too.
