Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service acquires Community Landscape

Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service has acquired Community Landscape based in Wolfeboro, NH. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

All 12 Community Landscape employees will join the 100+ Piscataqua employees. The staff will help with the changeover and enable the company to keep the teams in place for the existing clientele in the lake region.

In a letter, the community landscape owner, Phil Borelli, spoke to his clients about the deal.

“Piscataqua Landscaping and Tree Service is a quality organization and believes in the same things I do: long-term relationships, depth of resources and support for their people, quality service and care for their customers,” wrote Borelli. “Our phone numbers stay the same, our location stays the same and our philosophy stays the same.”

Justin Gamester, President & CEO of Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service, discussed his previous relationship with Borelli and his company prior to the deal.

“We have worked closely with Phil around the lake for a number of years and saw this as a great opportunity to bring more resources to team members and a wider range of services to customers around the lake,” said Gamester. “We look forward to providing the same high quality landscaping services.”

The deal marks the second acquisition and expansion in three months since the company also acquired Jacquelyn Noobney Landscape earlier this year.
