Trailer used for Kansas City landscaping business stolen

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – A recent high school graduate says the video shows the trailer he depends on because his Kansas City, Missouri landscaping business is stolen.

Tyler Robertson tries to make money and save before going to Missouri Valley College in three weeks.

“It’s a really big setback,” said Robertson. “You just got back here, turned around [the flatbed] around and zoomed out of the driveway. “

The video shows a distinctive blue SUV with a light brown front pull to the back of the house on East Bannister Road.

Two men bring the cot on the spot, connect it to the SUV and tow it away.

“There were stones on the bunk to make sure the bunk didn’t move, and tarps that I use when I drop limbs or uproot bushes and that sort of thing,” Robertson said.

His other lawn implements were locked up at the time, but Robertson said this only softened the sting.

“So I try to take care of myself and my mother and also look out for my future, and [the suspects] It kind of just took it away from me, ”said Robertson.

Robertson said if you can provide information leading to their arrest or the recovery of the trailer, you will be compensated.

“I’m ready to give up $ 100 and mow your grass for free,” said Robertson. “I just want my things back.”
